As Modera’s Operations Manager, Corrie focuses on supporting internal workflows, project tracking, and identifying and resolving resource gaps to help the team work more efficiently. She has managed teams and projects in healthcare and refugee aid across East Africa and Asia, developing strong skills in resource planning, communication and problem-solving. At Modera, Corrie helps identify gaps, streamline processes and ensure the right support is in place as our business grows. She also assists with vendor coordination and operational support across Modera’s work. Known for her calm, systems-focused approach, Corrie’s goal is to create clarity and structure so the team feels supported and aligned with a clear path forward.
