IRVINE, Calif. (Jan. 6, 2021) - Modera, a full-service advertising and marketing agency in Orange County, is celebrating a decade of innovation in marketing and creative strategy for a new era. Started in 2010 by marketing expert Alyson Yarberry, Modera was built on the philosophy of actively creating meaningful interactions and engaging audiences through digital and real world experiences that leave a lasting impression.

“Celebrating Modera’s 10-year anniversary this year is a truly meaningful milestone,” said Alyson Yarberry, Founder and President of Modera. “We have a gifted team of individuals who strive to deliver the best results, and I couldn’t be more proud of the work that has been produced over the past 10 years.” With nearly 20 years of experience leading local and national campaigns, Yarberry founded Modera as a way to equip brands for an advanced phase of marketing. Along with Modera’s Vice President and first employee, Chelsea Otto, the female-led business brings together a team with extensive experience and fresh eyes who share a future-forward creative vision.

Throughout the last decade, Modera has executed a wide variety of meaningful campaigns in healthcare, consumer, and non-profit industries for clients including BEST-VIP Chauffeured Worldwide, Brand New Day, CaliforniaChoice, Dynabook, Jake Wyatt Cigar Co., and a number of non-profit organizations. The company was recently recognized for its innovative work at the 2020 MarCom Awards and Graphic Design’s (GDUSA) 2020 American Graphic Design Awards. Modera received a Platinum award, the highest honor, in the Print Media - Advertising category and a Gold award in the Print Media - Design category for the MarCom Awards and was named a winner in both the Packaging and Advertising categories for GDUSA’s American Graphic Design Awards.

In celebration of Modera’s 10-year anniversary, the agency will make contributions to local non-profits and causes on behalf of each employee. Once Modera employees pick a non-profit of their choice, Modera will donate $100 for every year of employment. Supporting community organizations is a core value of Modera.

Stepping into the next decade, Modera has continued to grow and develop its own brand identity. The agency recently launched a new website, highlighting campaign success and the talented individuals behind the work. In the past year, Modera has promoted three employees including Digital Marketing Specialist, Evan Dykes, who began his Modera career as a Marketing Intern, Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, Mark Loyola, who also started as a Marketing Intern, and Account Director, Alyssa Neuhart, promoted from Sr. Account Executive.

“We are extremely proud and grateful for all our clients who have trusted us from the beginning to help tell their stories and give their brands a new voice,” said Yarberry. “Building long-term client relationships based on quality, honesty, and trust is an important part of Modera and I am thankful for the dedication our employees bring to the table every day, especially during these uncertain times.”
