Modera has a long history working with Brand New Day, a Medicare Advantage plan serving California. This health plan first hired Modera in our first year in business establishing the foundation for a solid agency-client relationship. As the health plan’s enrollment grew our agency services increased and we essentially became an extension of their marketing department, offering full service support year round.
Upon refreshing Brand New Day’s look and feel we applied the fresher, friendlier brand image to their website. Working in partnership with our client’s web development agency Modera delivered the UI while the UX was handled by one of our agency partners.
Digital & Social
Through a mix of paid and organic media, Modera is charged with day-to-day management of all digital advertising and community management. Digital media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, YouTube, CTV and in multiple languages English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese and Korean.
Branding & Collateral
As is typical with health plans, Brand New Day produces a lot of print collateral both for member communications as well as to meet compliance requirements. Modera leads many of these initiatives providing design and development services as well as managing compliance approval, translations services, printing and fulfillment.
